 ## Next: Scene 8–14 Defense Recomposition
 The next presentation work is intentionally split into five implementation
 slices followed by a rehearsal gate. The broader story-flow review remains a
 separate activity after these surfaces are stable.
 1. **Scene 8 chat entry:** replace the standalone run button with a full-screen
   assistant-style chat entry. The composer/send action starts the first
   prepared authoring conversation; it does not start the workflow run.
 2. **Scene 9 assistant modal:** remove the lower chat dock, give the prepared
   lifecycle canvas the available stage, and expose the synchronized authoring
   conversation through an assistant-ui modal anchored on the left.
 3. **Live/replay truth and run activation:** keep Scene 9 authoring evidence
   recording-backed, make Scenes 10–12 consume the active live timeline when a
   run exists, keep replay fallback for direct links or unavailable services,
   scope the truth badge to demo scenes, move the prepared-run action to Scene
   10, and correct the Scene 10 graph/proof projection.
 4. **Scene 11 compression:** reduce the typed-human-boundary scene to two
   beats: interrupt context and approval decision. Cancellation remains a
   decision outcome rather than a near-duplicate presentation beat.
 5. **Visual scale and color pass:** remove unwanted blue from Scenes 2 and 14,
   shorten Scene 2's two-column composition, enlarge the focal diagrams in
   Scenes 7, 9, 13, and 14, separate Scene 7 Validate from Repair visuals, and
   improve Scene 1 title-box padding and contrast.
 6. **Rehearsal gate:** run all 14 scenes at 16:9 and 4:3, verify the Scene 8 →
   Scene 11 → Scene 12 path in live and replay modes, then review the story
   flow, coverage, and ordering separately.
