Include renames

• fix: persist invalid draft forward routes

  - Fix _validate_reachable_outcomes to skip unknown nodes (root cause)
  - Add safety net in validate_workflow_draft for diagnostics exceptions
  - Add test proving forward-route edits persist as invalid
